Yes — genuine hide (cow or buffalo, stated per product), not PU, bonded or "leatherette". Natural grain marks are proof of real leather, not defects.

Measure a belt you already wear, from the fold at the buckle to the hole you use, in inches — that number is your size. No belt handy? Measure your waist over your shirt where the belt sits and add 1 inch. Don't order your jeans label size; real waists usually run 1–2 inches larger.
