Thank you for shopping with Hashmeers. We deliver premium handcrafted leather goods across Pakistan with care and reliability.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We currently deliver across Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.

PAYMENT METHOD
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all major cities in Pakistan. No advance  payment required.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
✦ Lahore — 1 to 2 business days
✦ Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi — 2 to 3 business days
✦ Other major cities — 3 to 5 business days
✦ Remote areas — 5 to 7 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to courier conditions or public holidays.

SHIPPING CHARGES
✦ Flat shipping rate: PKR. 200/ per order
✦ Free shipping above: PKR. 3,500/-

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. You will receive a WhatsApp or SMS notification with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.

ORDER TRACKING
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. Use it to track your order on our courier partner's website.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at:

Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly.
