Hair-on cowhide is natural hide with the hair left on - and because it comes from a real animal, no two pieces are ever marked the same way.

Every bag in this collection is a one-of-one. The one you receive will have the same shape, the same trim and the same fittings as the one you see, with a pattern that belongs only to it.

Pakistan has made hair-on leather goods for buyers in the US and Europe for decades. Almost none of it is sold at home.

These are cut, stitched and finished by hand in Lahore, and priced for Pakistan rather than for export.

One thing before you order: hair-on hide must not get wet, and light shedding in the first few weeks is normal.
