Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, return it first. Once accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
REFUNDS — CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days via bank transfer, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash.
LEATHER CARE NOTE
Natural variations in grain, texture, and color are characteristics of genuine leather — not defects. These are not grounds for return.
